How to improve in CF?

Hi guyz i have been doing CF for quite a while(not consistently). But I want to improve myself in contests. Currently, I can complete till C-D in div 4, C in div 3, till B in div 2 (I can do them in almost 20-30mins). How to break that limit?

upsolve the problems that you were didn't able to solve during the contest and practice the questions +200 of your rating best of luck :)

im newbie too lol. but i can say try to do same ammount of problems balanced. like 20 800 rating problems, 20 1000 problems. said 20 for example btw. add CF analytics extension, so u can see how many rating questions u did.
