So we all are gonna appreciate experts (sonsimpmiku), newbies (countless) and even unrated indian (Arthur_uncle) accounts holding the top of the leaderboard just because they are not caught by System Testing ? I mean they should be banned immediately by common sense. Any sensible person can tell that these are cheaters. Just so funny that they are still at the top lol. I mean just look at sonsimpmiku holding the first rank as if he truly deserves that spot lol. Shameless. They should be banned immediately with a little bit of common sense i should say. I mean who writes this in their code except for LLMs (though idk many may write this but surely this person (hungbui) dont): 

 int n, m;
 if (!(cin >> n >> m >> mod)) return 0;

If it was a div 1 or div 1 + div 2 contest then they would have been banned immediately but nobody cares about ratings of div 2 people. Well that's just hilarious. MikeMirzayanov KAN please make a rule of banning or suspending any unrated, newbie, specialist or expert accounts that are on top of every contests. I mean no need to check their code as for sure they are cheaters for obvious reasons. It will surely reduce cheating by many folds. At least we will not see any cheater holding the top ranks. Otherwise codeforces userbase will shrink day by day (as it is getting) and the contests will be among the cheaters :)

You dont know who knows how to write to code or not, Codeforces has a Cheaters Tracing system, if You dont believe you can submit an solution written by AI and you will get to know if Codeforces detect cheaters or not,and If someone is cheating , its not gonna help them solving problems in real interviews, and some people do make another handle like me, you dont know if I was a grandmaster on my anoter handle that was lost. so dont blame anyone without knowing full story, By the way cheaters dont newbies rating, first get a rank then discuss whether your rank was affected or not

    Well you indeed are a cheater. Otherwise you wouldnt make multiple accounts as backups when your account get banned. So if you believe what you just said why cheat loser? And ofcourse my rating is affected because there are 1000s of them like you and i just mentioned you. So yeah thats it loser.

    Also it is a shame for you that your LLM could not do the job before sonsimpmiku. Do with the paid version next time. You already are a certified loser. Don't be a miser too.

    can you explain the sudden change in coding style between these two submissions? 366996934 and 366995403.

"please make a rule" THE RULE IS ALREADY A THING. CF admins are busy people. They have a long backlog of contests to check for cheaters. They'll get to it eventually and rollback ratings if necessary.

What you can do is make a brief blog documenting cases of cheating you found with submission links and no extra yap. Provide specific examples not just "experts and newbies and indian unrated accounts".
