This guy Doflaming0 is a genius. In Educational Codeforces Round 190, he uses Python for problems A, B, and C, then mysteriously switches to C++ for D and E before returning to Python for F. In the solutions for A, B, and C, he even writes Vietnamese comments (perhaps to better organize his thoughts), but for D, E, and F — the harder problems — there are no comments at all.
His unusual coding habits might just be what it takes to become an LGM. Good luck, Doflaming0.

Bro, i have not seen the contest, but i might do the same if i am capable of solving all the problems ofc(which i am not)...., problems D,E might be using some heavy data structures, i too sometimes write some solutions in cpp if i feel python might give tle, i mean this can't be the only reason to accuse someone.
