Today is first time I see it, there are algorithm on the Codeforces...but I do not know where I can learn it, the algorithms. Therefore, I ask your help, where I can obtain new knowledge with the algorithm? I know this may be question in repeat, but I am new and cannot search it. I feel quite dumb right now, I cannot solve many of the B problem...they need the many of the algorithms. But I still am incapable of learn those algorithms :(. It's a very sad story~~

This maybe a good course or tutorial for programming.
Topcoder Tutorials is a really good place to learn competitive programming. There are too many tutorials given of different categories and they are usually easy to understand , but you will have to put your own efforts in learning and implementing algos. Best Of Luck!! :D
Thank you very much for providing resources for me to begin improving algorithms. I am sure that many other beginner coders are in the same position...so we see it, I hope all of us will improve due to your resources :)
