Hi everybody. Now I have a question.

Suppose that you want to participate in contest and it hold now and you have a problem about one of the question.in this situation if you want to ask a question except Russian and English and you are sure that the writers of the contest can read it,can we ask our question in other language?

for example if the writers are Iranian and you're Iranian, too ,can we ask a question in Persian(The official language of Iran)?

Thank you to all who read this blog.

You can definitely ask — there's nothing in the system stopping you; it's probably up to the specific person to decide to answer or not. But I don't see why not.

No, it's Codeforces policy that the statements and clarification requests are available only in English or Russian. The reason is very simple: the coordinator is responsible of all text information that is available to you during the contest. The current coordinator (as well as all previous coordinators) is not able to guarantee the quality of statement or a clarification answer of an author if he uses language other than Russian or English.

    I have some questions now.

so there is no problem if we ask a question in other language and the author answer in English or Russian. How about it?

2-according to your answer we can find out that the coordinator have to read and write Russian so the coordinator must be Russian. Is it right?and how Codeforces team choose the coordinator?

3-If the author want to say about the answer of the question,he can say about the answer with using Hangout.Isn't it right?

      1) No, you will most probably receive "Use English please" answer. How can coordinator understand what was the question if it is in another language?

      2) No comments :) All previous coordinators were from Russia, as well as the current one.

      3) No, it isn't. The only allowed way to ask questions is to do that through contest interface. Asking questions in post comments/personal messages/some other way of IM is prohibited.

I can't find out that why the coordinator must understand our question? If you want to be sure that the author don't say anything about the problems, it's enough to find out the answer of our question. So i think there are more reasons for this. Can you explain more, please?
