I found that the number of people solving one specific problem is different when we view the problem in the Problem set tab, and when we view the problem in the Dashboard:

Is there any explanation for this?

That's quite a problem, however since CodeForces team are usually pretty fast at addressing issues expect them to fix that in the next major change to Polygon or the CodeForces site in general. Just like they addressed the issue with non-existing countries using existing countries' ISO-Codes... Oh wait, they didn't...
