Why does the registration end too early for Round 338? is it a bug?

      I guess it will be an open contest, no hacking maybe? Since I thought registration was to decide rooms.

      When I saw this bug, I thought it was a time zone issue, because the difference between what is displayed and what should be displayed is the same as the difference between my time zone and Moscow time zone (2 hours) (I think the fact that showing times in your local time is a fairly new feature also made me think it was connected)
