May be you, being such an successful programmer and sportsman, would like to provide some advices on improving coding for all of the community? :D

      It seems strange to me that person so eager to improve his rating wastes so little time on practicing and competing. I see here a lot of decent guys who gradually grow in rating and color - and do this silently.
