Who can help me in the problem of denial of judgement?

I have a problem of denial of judgement? The problem is http://mirror.codeforces.com/problemset/problem/75/D

I have tried 3 kinds of languages to solve it, but they are all denial of judgement...

Anybody knows why? Thanks a lot.
