Good day to you!
Perhaps I might be wrong, but in my opinion, I liked:
Anyway — I'm not an expert — also I'm a little bit influenced by living in Europe + by fact I'm not a strong programmer!
Good Luck & Have Nice Day! :)
The best thing about European regional is that they usually have editorials. With Beijing you're usually stuck reading some Chinese blogs with Google translate, which is definitely not very comfortable.
do u have links to editorials of any regional....(i have tried google but to no avail)

last CERC: I guess you have to search for the regionals directly and search on their sites!
Good Luck! :)
I have a personal preference for South Asia Region so,
1) Phuket
2) Jakarta
3) Europe — Central
4) Daejeon
5) Dhaka
I also suffer with regions without official editorials, I don't a point in proposing an ICPC-like problem but don't present a solution.
