How about Codechef?
i didn't see problems with subtasks system on codechef
Hackerearth , in codechef only certain problems ( lunch time / long challenge ) are sub task based
Hackerearth is a quite good.
National olympics like POI, IOI problems from different judges like (PEG, Yandex).
Also there is Hackerearth and certain problems from Codechef like saisumit said.
