Unable to connect codeforces without using vpn

I can not connect to codeforces all day.

I tried with various browsers and devices, but it doesn't work.

So I tried it through vpn and it worked.

What is the problem?

What are your OS and browser versions? Do you have any firewall running or any routes set?

    I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate k and not using any firewall etc.

    I can connect normally until yesterday, but since today I can't...

You can get IP ban from codeforces. Or problem is in your internet provider.
