so ? in the last 3 months we hadn't got any "good" round
always there are technical problems, copied problems or whatever
now CF is getting larger and larger and the number of active users is hitting the wall of 10 thousand or maybe more
that means we want a stronger severe and better services
so till when?
are these issues temporary or they're because of a weak server?
how long we should wait to enjoy our rounds ?
CF really is my favorite site for CP but I started to get boring from this situation

Codeforces Round #397 by Kaspersky Lab and Barcelona Bootcamp (Div. 1 + Div. 2 combined) was very nice round...
Its a "weak" not "week", "e" and "a" are sufficiently far(atleast not adjacent) in keyboard.

About quality of tasks I do not know what to say. Generally last two combinated rounds didn't have extreme quality tasks, but they weren't bad at all. I saw many valuable and interesting tasks on both rounds. Fifth tasks weren't easy, but for top coders they containted several well-known facts... But again all tasks from my opinion had some new part and could find place of usual Codeforces contest.
Server is really slow, I do not know reason, but I hope it will be fine in future. Before, Mike said that everything is fine with new servers etc, I haven't mentioned it.
Anyway I am happy when I see new CF contest, I will continue to do it for sure in future nevermind whether situation will stay same or not.
Am i a top coder? Off course not, even for me they were all-known facts....
It was known for me too, except part with quick decreasing of function...
I do not say it is good fifth task, expeciatelly on combinated rounds like this one, but agian you need to have some knowledge about Euler function, calculating it for relative-big numbers and noticing part with quick decreasing...
Anyway , once, definition of Goldbach conjecture was fourth task, from that position this can be even sixth :D Also amount of Accepted submissions is fine for fifth when we have combinated round.
No,the amount of AC is too much and what you said is needed can be easily found on google.
Yes, we have more good submissions on fifth than usual. But there is no more than 300 coders with 5 correct solved tasks, so it is ok I think... Anyway we do not have so different opinion as looks now, I just think there were many worse rounds on codeforces and this contest doesn't deserve so bad comments.
My point is that this problem is just a combination of 3 well-known ideas which you can find on aops.com(for example),so it is a very bad task.
