Good evening.
I’d like you to invite for CodeChef April Cook-Off that will start at 21:30 IST of 23rd April 2017 (check your time zone here) and will last 2.5 hours.
Problems are prepared by me and kingofnumbers. Testers are mnbvmar and PraveenDhinwa (who is also an editorialist). Translators: huzecong, Team VNOI, CherryTree (Mandarin, Vietnamese and Russian respectively).
There is no registration required, anybody with a CodeChef handle can participate.
We want cook-off contests to attract even the strongest competitors. You will be provided 5 problems, with difficulty div2-A through div1-E. We expect even the best to struggle to solve all the problems.
I wish you great fun and no frustrating bugs. See you on the leaderboard!

Overlaps with CF round.
The overlap is huge and I doubt that any contest can be moved. Also, I'm sure that the time of the cook-off was announced first.
Hm, that's sad. I'm absolutely sure I've checked clist.by before scheduling and there were no major contests this Sunday except the Grand Prix. Maybe CodeChef had disappeared for a while from clist.by of whatever else...
Now I see that clist compresses contests from the same platform. Right now we can see "april cook-off 2017" on the list and by clicking it we can extend a long list with 25 contests (up to December 2017). It's a confusing feature.
But ofc. maybe codechef disappeared completely for a while, as you said.
We will try to move our contest. Let's see if it works out.

Please delay it by 2 hours. Codechef has fix schedule every month.
Maybe you just overlooked it. Or as Errichto mentions, if you checked before April Challenge ended (Monday), you'd have missed it because it was compressed.

I really recommend upsolving the problems, especially the one made by kingofnumbers:
Given n ≤ 3000 points on the plane and an integer k, find a triple of points with the maximum possible area that doesn't exceed k (the area of a triangle formed by three points). (statement and samples, editorial)

Why i can't submit after the contest over?
There's no submit button in any problem from the contest :/
You can't submit any problem from a contest page (after the contest finished). After any contest, all the problems are moved to the practice section, there you can submit.
You can also follow a short cut. From the problem link just remove "/COOK81" and load it again.
