what is "Minimal contest percent" in group rating ? Minimal contest percent user has to participate in to appear in rating. what does this mean ?!

Users are added to the rating only if they have participated at least in the given percent of all contests of this rating. By default one have to participate in 50% of all the contests.

So if you set it to 50, one has to participate in at least half of the contests in order to have a rating.
