I just wanted to ask how can one one write problem statements for contest, I have an idea about a basic math problem(Div-2 B/C) but do not know where to submit it. Can anyone help?

For official rounds, I believe you have to be at least Div 1 to be able to submit problems.
Actually, expert is enough. You need to put problems in polygon and open to review them.
Please google before asking this stuff.
