It will be held in Maribor, Slovenia, August 23rd — August 29th.
As of right now, the dms.rs site (note that DMS is the organization that holds competitions in mathematics and programming in Serbia) states EJOI will be held in Slovenia.
In the pervious edit of my comment i mentioned how I heard Ejoi may not be placed in Slovenia due to a lack of funding however this is blatantly untrue, and I would like to apologize to everyone I have offended. Ejoi has been successfully organized in the past years, and will be in the future

The preliminary dates are August 10 to 17. The Ministry is meeting to organise the committees. The dates may move to later as it is usually very hot. A fuller report will be available in Feb 2017.

Krešimir asked about the weather, if it is too hot in summer. Fuad answered that the average temperature in August is 33-34 degrees.
BOI and JBOI 2019 will be in Greece probably (in case they find money, it is their turn).

That e-mail forgot to say that these are preliminary dates. I expect the dates to be confirmed next week.
These dates (4 – 11 August) have been confirmed to IC now.

I heard that there will be not JBOI and BOI but i am not sure.
Actually I just asked our teacher and he said that although there is a chance they will not be held, they most probably will. It's just not know for certain when and where yet. Let's hope :P
