Day by day decrease my programming skill and ratting ........... but I'm not upset. I believe that I'm also can do better and much better. So I'm trying until success .............

It's just not possible that your programming skills decreases. It's your self-esteem that is decreasing by losing rating here.

Keep studying and practicing, and don't let a bad contest put you down.
