If you are red, of course it's worth to do.
I think, yes, it is. Because top-players like Google like programmers who are good in algorithms. For example, Facebook hires their Hackercup winners and IBM offers jobs for ACM ICPC winners. Even if you're not rock start, your participation in CF & TP is a good indicator of your interest.
But for now I don't include my CF handle in my CV because… I'm green :-) But if I wanted to do it, I would write merely "CF handler: " (perhaps as link). So if HR wants to know more, he / she can check out my profile.
