Probably they spent too much money in Korea, so not enough to fund a new one.
Hackerrank is an Indian Company. Why it would spend on Korea?
Founders are Indians but the company is located in US.
My guess is that they hosted contests to get bigger and get more recognition. And now they achieved it and/or saw that contests aren't worth their resources.
yeah probably true. I know this isn't the right way to ask things. But is it possible that you solve and explain the hashcode practice problem from 2020 on your youtube channel. By the way big fan from india
They have shifted their focus from a competitive programming portal to hiring platform for companies which is quite evident from their home page.
As I know, they stopped with organizing online contests (and they are not planning to become more active in future).
Currently they are only focused on interview process and tasks.
