Continuing from there, we bring you the 4th Anniversary March 2013 Long Challenge. The March 2013 Algorithm Challenge is taking place on http://www.codechef.com/MARCH13.
Here are the details:
Date: 1st March 2013 to 11th March 2013
Duration: 10 days
Problems: 9 binary problems of varying difficulty levels + 1 Interactive challenge problem.

Who is KyongHyok Won (scli) (1st place)? Does he really from North Korea?
Yes, he is a new CodeChef user and apparently he is indeed from North Korea.
Just curious how do you know that he is indeed from North Korea?
From the IP that submissions are made, it seems so.

It's quite interesting actually. I do not believe there is any other North Korean competitive programmer on these sites.

So dissapointing that Long challenge starts 5th April, not 1st.
