For three weeks from now i have access to a computer on which i can navigate the internet but can't download anything(like codeblocks) so I am asking you, what is the best site in your opinion to code on

Btw i only care about c++

Do you have BIOS access? I was running Arch Linux from a USB drive for some time on various computers (hardcore Russian hacker style).
