This might be useless, but you might want to manually change the id part in the URL:

Changing id to 1 will take you to the first blog ever written on CF.
This may be entirely useless for you, but nonetheless, I found it interesting.
I don't think this is true; nothing in the range [42069,42069+100) works.
Sounds like a lot of deleted blogs. Also, the range is nice.
I don't think that this is a feature (or at least I haven't been able to find one), I just use this listor a search engine if im looking for a specific topic.
You can check this tool . It does not contain all blogs from very beginning, but it contains all blogs for a few recent month.
