Why this ( https://mirror.codeforces.com/profile/V--o_o--V ) profile is not available in top 10 rated users at codeforces ?

Last contest he participated in was 13 months ago and Codeforces only shows those in leaderboard who have been active in the last 6 months.

      Go to view all under the Rating tab, there you'll see it's written, "Rating: users participated in recent 6 months"
