Hello CF community

I want you to give some advice to those programmers, who are not able to solve much problems in contest. Give some peace of useful advice to those who are only able to solve ** DIV2 A only or nothing** because it is important to them to know the correct method of learning because many of them are practicing hard all day but not able to perform in contest. So, please it's a humble request give some tips regarding practice, how to come up with a solution, etc.
