I know that div1 starts with being a candidate maaster (rating >=1900), but those with rating between 1900 and 2099 can participate in "div2 only" rounds too , but it's unclear for me if candidate masters could participate in educational rounds. can they suffer rating change, or not, during these rounds? (by participate I mean the round would be rated).
