TCO21 Algorithms Round 2A but Topcoder not working

TCO21 Algorithms Round 2A starts in 10 mins(and registrations end in 5 mins) but Topcoder applet doesn't seem to work. Neither for me nor for some people I asked.

This is what comes up.

It seems to be working for people using Windows but not Linux users.
