The ICPC 2021 Online Round hosted by Amrita University is going to be held on July 10th, 2021, which is the same date Codeforces is hosting Round 731. So, if there's an option to prepone or postpone the round, I would request the problem-setters to please look into the situation. I guess no-one wants to miss either a Codeforces round or the preliminary ICPC round.

The round can be shifted between 11th and 17th as there is a gap of 6 days between the two contests. I think this will be better.
They will definitely reschedule it as most of the crowd comes from India and it won't be fun for anyone to play contest with lesser competition !
