This is inspiring that some company is guaranteeing job over codeforces rating.I hope CodeChef stays alive for another 4 years so that I can cross 2200 by that time
Just to be clear — Having a rating above the thresholds mentioned doesn't guarantee selection. It's more of a prerequisite.
But yeah, we'll look out for you in 4 years!
What a pleasant surprise! I thought it was only going to be for Div 3 participants like everything else.
If all Div 2 and Div 1 users are converted into employees, interns and contest panelists, there would be no need to conduct contests for them.

Wow, so the Codechef really think that rating of 1700 at codeforces is somehow equivalent to 1800 at Codechef(I am talking about Contests and Learning Associate). Although it's a subjective thing, still you guys really think very highly of your rating.
I enjoy Codechef a lot and I like it but we all have some general problems with CodeChef but I want to do it the Ashishgup's way. He also hated Codechef but now he is working with you all to improve it. He is an Inspiration. But other than criticizing this is a really good thing as when are starting to pay decent, some of us will get rewarded for the skills that we groom while doing CP.

I'm 1850 on CF but 1897 on Codechef. Granted, my codechef rating hasn't stabilized yet, but I don't expect it to exceed 1950.
You are being too humble. It will easily cross 2100+ if you give 3-4 upcoming short contests.
Did anyone got a reply?
It's about to be a month almost , So should we consider that our application has been rejected by you guys without a single reply . And has anyone recieved any mail about the issue , if not then was it a spam and misleading and playing with people's emotion post.
Apologies for the delay. The initial set of shortlisted people have received emails and the selection process is underway. We'll send an email to all the applicants with an update in about a week.

It's 26 today sir , still no reply , it's been 12 days ( way more than week ) , so should we consider that we are rejected without u guys even informing us that we are rejected.
I just wanted to know that is there anyone who gota mail/call from Codechef through this opening.So that the ones rejected can consider themselves rejected . Even CodeChef_admin can answer .
