Hi CF,
I heard that ICPC WF 2020 and 2021 won't count as one of the official participants that you can enter and thus if you are qualified to one of them you can still enter two more ICPCs. Is that true?

In the ICPC website says that the WF2020 doesn't count only if you are competing online. And the Regional participation 2020/21 is not counted as one of the max 5 regionals. You can check here. Go down to Team Composition section and you will have a link to the Eligility Decision Tree, which have notes about that.
