Why did you post this youtube link BEFORE the contest was over? And why are YOU even looking for cheater solutions for the contest YOU are participating in?
You're promoting the channel and attracting more viewers
Just try to enjoy the contest, it really doesn't affect the ratings of green and newbie to have few 100 people cheating, in that the amount that it affects is easily overcome by just practicing and improving. Even your level of speedforces can change your rank by the same amount. So let them cheat, it is their loss anyway. And as commented in several cheating blogs before, such posts only promote the cheating enablers.

English : In contest you are unable to do the second task, and here you are complaining about cheaters , have you even done first by yourself or cheated that too.
Take criticism and answer the question if you had the guts to post the blog :)
shame on these people. Maybe they first need to learn basic things like honesty, trust and how to work hard and then start cp.
