Unable to retrieve my id

I forgot the password for my original id k_saluja.Now I am not able to retrieve the old id.when I do forgot password mail is sent but it is not being sent to the registered email id. If anyone knows the solution to this problem please help MikeMirzayanov please have a look into it and to everyone else if possible please tag anyone else in comments who can tell a solution to this problem

    He is my friend, we both are in same college. He got his laptop reset due to which he lost his account.

      How was it possible that the main account's password was lost, but the alt account's password survived the laptop reset? The blog author's alt account is 8 months old. I think that's what fck_cheater asked in his/her heavily downvoted comment.
