Is this a Codeforces glitch ???

Today, just out of curiosity I saw IBaloff profile, and his rating graph looked something like this

Can anyone explain why his rating graph is looking like this. This is the first time I saw something like this. XDDDD

I think its your computer; I clicked on his profile and everything was normal.

    Perhaps!!!

    But I opened his profile on my phone and its showing this. The rating line seems smudged and the 10/8/5 years batch is also hazy on the profile picture

      And that badge is inside the profile (Just a edit) look at the original badges on the profile picture carefully.

Looks like it is present only in the mobile version. Tested it on my laptop and phone.
