Guys please... please hire someone to translate your texts from Russian to English... Google Translate can do a better job than some of the people writing contest editorials in English. And the problem statements... it's not that uncommon to spend half the contest time just reading statements over and over again trying to guess what the author meant by saying something that doesn't make sense.
Usually, the problems on CodeForces are quite difficult and fun. By writing in bad English you are removing the fun part.

if you don't know who is that man — You won't underastand the plot of problem in 30% of cases at least, but dispite that, you still have the opportunity to construct the mathematical model of problem in your head.
I don't find the English here that bad. The editorials are often too short and thus confusing, but I can make out the point of most problems quickly. Then again, my level of English probably is quite high :D
It seems that even Google Translate can't work for "plzzzzzzzzzz". Is it a new English word?

I don't care if it's written in English, Chinese, Portuguese or any other languages. I just want Codeforces to have Div1 rounds this month =(
Even Topcoder has more competitions this month than Codeforces.
There were many rounds at once, so the problemsetters are probably just spent. Besides, it's tough to make a creative hard problem.
That might also be due to TopCoder now having 4 SRMs per month as of lately? Codeforces never had such a density of rated Div1 contests.
