Hello Codeforces
We are looking for an experienced coach to our IOI camp in Uzbekistan. Onsite participation and previous experience in coaching IOI teams is preferred.
If you are interested you can DM me in Codeforces or leave a comment here and I'll get back to you with the details.
Hi!
I'm just university freshman and I've been doing cp for 2-3 years. I'm planning to spend my upcoming 3-4 years for learning cp. My current goal for this period is to reach grandmaster. From one side, for me it seems it's somehow possible, by working hard and also considering I've 3-4 years, but from the other side we can see so many people struggling in orange or purple for many years and also considering I'm not good at math and I don't have special skills.
So I want to ask you how hard is it to become red? Is it somehow possible for me or do I need to change my goal? Also it would be perfect if you (I mean red guys) shared your stories on making red(how much time did it take, how hard it was, etc.).
Thanks in advance)
P.S I'm not asking about how to become red because it's asked before in so many blogs, I'm asking about how hard is it to become red.
Hi
I've just realised that there is no announcement for Atcoder Beginner contests.
Let's discuss problems after the contest here.
Don't you know how to play rock-paper-scissors? Just read this. You'll find solution easily if you read it till the end.
This problem can be solved greedily. Just make a list of strings for which answer is "NO". In order to do this add all strings in the sample testcases and add some strings that you don't like.
Easier solution for this problem uses suffix array + DP.
Failed to load. Check your internet connection.
You just need poor english skills to understand problem statement. Solving part is easy.
Also in this problem first you need to understand problem statement(look at the circles carefully). And then you need 4D segment tree to find solution.
In this problem you need check all bitmasks of size n. Since n is large you can divide it into 5 parts and do meet in the middle.
Tutorial is not coming soon.
Hi!
When I see standings of some contest, I can see red submissions that failed on system tests or hacked, of course system test failed submissions are in bold font, but also hacked after lock submissions are in bold font. And in order to know whether it's hacked or failed on system tests I need to click the submissions or move the cursor to it. From first look we can't know exact verdict.
So, I suggest codeforces to change the color of submissions that got hacked. Ones which failed on system tests may remain unchanged or visa versa.
