Why Codeforces is not opening on my internet connection? Is it blocked for some reason ?

I use Vodafone Connection and from yesterday's morning ,i am not able to access this site. That's why i also missed yesterday's contest.

Currently i am writing this from my friends hotspot. Can it be ISB issue or some other.

Edit : Now its working , there was some issue with isb . Thanks to everyone who helped.

New Education Policy 2020 is announced

1. 10+2 board structure is dropped
2. New school structure will be 5+3+3+4
3. Upto 5 pre school, 6 to 8 Mid School, 9 to 11 High School , 12 onwards Graduation
4. Any Degree will be 4 years
5. 6th std onwards vocational courses available ( also coding will be introduced at such young age ) .
6. From 8th to 11 students can choose subjects
7. All graduation course will have major and minor Example — science student can have Physics as Major and Music as minor also. Any combination he can choose
8. All higher education will be governed by only one authority.
9. UGC AICTE will be merged.
10. All University government, private, Open, Deemed, Vocational etc will have same grading and other rules.
11. New Teacher Training board will be setup for all kinds of teachers in country, no state can change
12. Same level of Accreditation to any collage , based on its rating collage will get autonomous rights and funds.
13. New Basic learning program will be created by government for parents to teach children upto 3 years in home and for pre school 3 to 6
14. Multiple entry and exit from any course
15. Credit system for graduation for each year student will get some credits which he can utilize if he takes break in course and come back again to complete course
16. All schools exams will be semester wise twise a year
17. The syllabus will be reduced to core knowledge of any subject only
18. More focus on student practical and application knowledge
19. For any graduation course if student complete only one year he will get a basic certificate, if he complete two years then he will get Diploma certificate and if he complete full course then he will get degree certificate. So no year of any student will ve vested if he break the course in between. 20.All the graduation course feed of all Universities will be govern by single authority with capping on each course.

I solved FHC qualification problems , but when i try to submit it , it says i need to generate a output file (validate) . How to do it . I use Geany Text Editor .

What you prefer to use for rough work during contests. Like a notebook or some kind of writing device .

Any suggestion which one is better . And if any kind of writing pad or device , please name it.

Sometimes its difficult to understand from editorials , so it helps if it have online video solutions. On YouTube ,i find a lot of people solving Div-2 A,B,C,D , but almost no channel which goes beyond .

Is there any channel (YouTube , twitch or any platform ) , which makes tutorials on tougher problems like div-2 F , Global round or even AGCs . If anyone knows it please comment ,it will be helpful .

I always use long long in my solution , till now i haven't encountered any problem by this . But , i wonder is there any possibility , that a long long can cause error while int do not .

If you are aware of any such concept , please share it , it will be helpful .

Suppose we are given two increasing arrays A and B , we need to find max((a[j]-a[i-1] )- (b[j]-b[i-1])) , where j>=i .

Can we solve it in better than O(n^2) time complexity . If so , please give me any Hint .

I had Dual Boot in my system — parrot linux and Windows 10.

Yesterday , i upgraded parrot ,but after restarting i got stuck in this grub rescue terminal (Error grub_file_filters not found), then i watched few videos on internet and tried to fix that , but nothing happened . I checked every drive but i think my window is erased, but good thing is that , i haven't lost my linux data ,they were present in msdos7 ,msdos5 (they were more imp) .

Please ,if someone knows how to fix that please help me. I presently don't have a bootable pendrive ,also because of coronavirus ,all computer repairing shops are closed in my area.

These linux data were very important for me , i had lost all of my templates (convex hull,graph algo ,etc. ) and few projects , that's my mistake , i haven't have any backup of it)

I searched a lot on internet at various platform ,but found no article to resolve this problem . Also i am unable to participate in any contest ,or study anything as all of my data is in linux . I am unable to boot it.

Please Anyone knows ,how to resolve it , help me ,i will be very grateful to you.

Is there any Platform where i can run my solution to past ICPC ,IOI ,problems???

Although ,we are given test data files (input and output) , but how to execute them on my system to verify it.

Even bigger problem is downloading those test files , for eg. ICPC 2019 problems have i/o file of around 400 MB. Which is very difficult to download such large file for just one contest.

Please , suggest me if there is any alternative way and also how can i run input output file on my system (geany compiler in linux).
