First time to see 2 rounds in one day...I think it's important to make something clear:

  1. I successed to register in #608 as official contestant because my rating is 2100- now. If I compete in #607 and become 2100+, will I still be official?

  2. If someone with 2100+ rating register in #608 now as unofficial contestant, and he become 2100- after #607, will he automatically become official or not?

  3. If rating changes in #607 can make conversion between official and unofficial, will rating update before #608 start? You know, #608 starts only 2 hours after #607 ends.
