Why are these problem statements so confusing to me, this is way too many words for me. Like when reading the problem A statement it's: logical conclusion -> logical conclusion -> logical conclusion, just to get to the real problem at hand after that, which is actually quite easy. I'm sure the problems are actually great! I'm just wondering if anyone else found the problem statements a bit more difficult to read then usual? But I also didn't take my adhd meds today.. |

That's because you are only flooring the final result, but in the problem statement, there are these flooring brackets ⌊x/4⌋. One way you can do this is to simulate the divisions, and floor on each iteration. Maybe something like this: |
