Please reduce the duration of contests to 2hrs just like normal CF rounds. It will help in reducing the mass cheating that goes on in codechef.

You dont have any idea how difficult it is to manage google's servers!

Any company can face such issues, and it happens once in a blue moon. The fact that that google has been able to manage everything smoothly so far suggests that the people they hired are not bad.

Of course one cannot be a master of everything. Once you enter an organization you have to learn stuff.

So people who can think smart and learn fast do great in this IT field.

Yeah! its a great idea to separate the ratings of two contests.

By implementing this feature you will find a lot of 5 and 6 star coders drop to gray in their short contest profile.

For example these 2 famous cheaters of codechef rohit_79 and Kaustov_584. These idiots are 5 now 5 star by cheating and are bragging about their stars on linkedin.

This idiot copies codes from telegram and submits. He did it multiple times.

Still he got positive rating change inspite of his submissions getting skipped.

I will suggest codeforces to ban these accounts which are involved in cheating multiple times.

I request the competitive programming community to look at these codes and tell whether these users have cheated or not.

rohit_79 this user has a record of cheating repeatedly in long challeges. Let me show you his code of one of the problems code which he wrote

Another user abinashgogoi wrote exactly the same code of the same problem. What a coincidence!!!

ddamcc too cheated in the same problem exact same code

All these users have used JAVA for this problem. All their previous submissions were in different languages.

These people are ruining the spirit of competitive programming, using cheap tricks to increase rating without using any knowledge of their own. They should be penalised heavily for their actions. I wonder if one is not interested in doing programming then why he/she is ruining challenges for others.
