Problem I. What a Mess

In problem I , u first mention that (4,8) is not a beautiful pair, and then in the sample u mention that we count (4,8) as a beautiful pair..and can we have a more clear definition of a beautiful pair?
Actually the note has the wrong order. It should be:
In the first sample the pairs are: (8,4) , (12,4) , (12,6)
