I'm looking for a team for up-solving problems, I can't seem to find such things anywhere else, I prefer small group (3, or 4 member), because we can get to know each other better. I think I'm quite an competitive person myself, it's just I'm still not good enough, especially I am quite curious how you guys approach a problem.
