Code Jam — Can't reproduce valid solution — TLE

Hi,

I copied/pasted Tourist's solution for Code Jam 2019 Round 1A Pylons and I got the error: "Sample Failed: TLE".
It's a bit annoying that you can't reproduce a valid solution.
