Why do ratings take so much time to update?

I was wondering why problem ratings are taking so much time to update. It has been over 3 weeks since edu round 154 and over 2 weeks since round 895, yet the ratings of the problems have not been updated.↵
Please let me know if anyone is aware of why this is taking place!↵
