Mines High School Programming Contest 2025 Open Division

Hello, Codeforces!

The Colorado School of Mines is hosting our annual High School Programming Contest on Apr/26/2025 19:00 (Moscow time), and for the first time, we are hosting an open division on Codeforces!

The problems were prepared by McPqndq WhimsicalCode OJSquid AdelineG218 ggarzia, and tested by tcantr shash4321 as well as many students in our algorithms course.
