This blog is in extension of https://mirror.codeforces.com/blog/entry/145192 to gain wider attention for the issue as it has been 7 weeks since the user accepted his unethical practices and yet no action. The user ckuhn222 found cheating claim to be benchmarking LLMs and not aim to cheat — https://mirror.codeforces.com/blog/entry/143656?#comment-1283045. He argue that such benchmarking can be done only during live contest as once the contest is over and the editorial is available, LLM can just scrap the web to find the answer and its core capabilities are not tested.

So, should we not have option for unrated participation in all contests like Div3 so that users honest enough and interested in such experimentation can do so without affecting the genuine standing. Also it has been 7 weeks since the user posted such comment and yet no action has been taken (rating for round 1040 updated for the user as well). Codeforces should be proactive in identifying such blatant violation of rules and hold them accountable. Thank you for the attention to the matter. Lets Make Codeforces Great Again !!!
