If someone is disabled/banned mid-contest for cheating, why are they still treated as a normal rated participant in the rating calculation?

Keeping them in the standings directly distorts Elo/seed math: everyone below them gets an artificially worse place, expected ranks shift, and deltas become “wrong by construction.” This defeats the whole point of having ratings reflect fair competition.

Request: when CF disables a user for contest cheating (especially during/soon after the round), immediately exclude them from rated calculations for that contest.
