In my last blog, I provided several pieces of evidence suggesting that batats may have cheated. In the comment section, a new user, MIDORIYA_, joined the discussion to defend his friend. However, after more concrete evidence of cheating in multiple contests was presented, he suddenly went silent. At this point, it honestly feels like MIDORIYA_ is just trying to ragebait people with weak or nonsensical arguments.
About MIDORIYA_
First of all, you were already accused of cheating by another user, alsdhdjbvbdzv. At first, your explanations sounded somewhat reasonable. But after this clear evidence was shown, you stopped responding seriously and instead started saying things like this.
Why exactly can’t lower-rated users expose cheating? They are not making “random accusations without proof” — they are presenting actual evidence. If you believe lower-rated users should not post blogs or comments about cheating, then by the same logic, someone with five skipped contests and multiple suspicious submissions probably should not be lecturing others either.
Additionally, after some investigation, I found that you likely own an alternate account named IcpcHnu. One of its submissions even contains your own name inside the code, such as this submission. After getting WA on test 2, you then submitted what appears to be an AI-generated solution, which finally passed.
The problem in question was C1. Cirno and Number (Easy Version), an easy problem for someone who supposedly reached Master rank. If you needed AI assistance even for that, then it raises very serious doubts about your legitimacy.
Moreover, I found another alternate account, __Midoriya__, which submitted extremely similar code to your main account during Codeforces Round 984 (Div. 3). This is a direct violation of Codeforces rules and should be investigated.
You also claimed that you mainly trained on other platforms during the period when your Codeforces performance suddenly improved. However, after reviewing your public VJudge submissions, many accepted solutions appear heavily AI-generated, including leftover comments and formatting patterns commonly produced by AI tools.
Additional evidence:
- You have previously appeared in public cheating-related discussions and databases concerning Codeforces.
- Some submissions on both your main and alternate accounts were reportedly skipped or flagged before.
- Your public contest history does not match several claims regarding your ICPC achievements. From what I could verify, you participated multiple times without qualifying for higher stages, including contests where only one problem was solved.
- There were also allegations of cheating in certain local or national contests.
- You later removed references connecting yourself to a university account after concerns started being raised. From what I know, you previously had another account associated with that university, possibly named “forest” or something similar, which was allegedly banned before.
That is all for today. Thanks for reading until the end.
