I and two friends registrated ICPC Shanhai-regional in 11/14 (7 days before contest), and our team status is still pending in baylor site.

Even worse, There aren't any english letter in local homepage.

I think this registration was too late to accepted, but from Shanghai regional sites, registration ends at 11/22.

I sent e-mail to director, but there isn't any response.

Plz let me know what is wrong at registration.
