Hi Codeforces team,

I would like to thank Codeforces team for an amazing year. I had a lot of fun by solving problems and improving my competitive programming skills.

I have found a small bug that hopefully can be improved before 2017 and we will be good to go the new year without bugs.

However, we can see that instead of Canada it is a city of Aktay, Kazakhstan which is mentioned.
