Solved problems over time

Rating changes

There is a peak in 1500 for initial (old) ratings due to unrated participants.

Old vs New Ratings (With Unrated Participants)

Unrated participants are a fairly significant part of the partcipants so I decided to include this same chart leaving them out to have a more detailed view.
